30 minute video session with assigned therapist for existing clients. An add-on for trying weeks, stressful periods, or whenever your need extra support!

Telephone Check-In
Complimentary 10 minute phone call with assigned therapist for existing clients. A great option if you need a quick refresher from something discussed in session.
